Ingredients

• 1oz Rye

• 1oz Miele Amaretto

• .75oz Lemon

• .25oz Honey (3:1)

Directions

Add all ingredients into a shaker with four ice cubes, shake, strain into a rocks glass with 4 ice cubes or one large rock. Garnish with lemon slice. 

Honey Syrup: dilute honey in hot water with a 3:1 ratio of honey to hot water
