FUNDY GIN

Fundy Gin is produced from Still Fired Distilleries in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia (home to the Bay of Fundy which hosts the highest tide in the world.)

Andrew and Owen, the owners of Still Fired, met as underwater welders in Halifax and built their own still. The Gin is triple distilled, passing over Bay of Fundy beach stone, refluxing the spirit to create a soft mouth filling experience. There are eight carefully chosen botanicals including a floral juniper berry and locally hand picked and sun dried sea dulse.

The aroma offers subtle herbaceous smells of fresh rain, dulse, sea salt and ocean spray. It instantly starts with a cool, clean mouth feel that releases the floral taste of juniper and citrus peel and slowly opens to a pleasantly earthy aftertaste, with hints of licorice and freshly cracked peppercorns. This is truly a delightful experience of aroma and flavor and can be enjoyed in a smooth tasting martini or simply on its own.
