The perfect holiday party trick.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Strawberry Rhubarb Moonshine

• 1/2 oz Fundy Gin

• 1/2 oz Pineau Des Charentes

• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

• 1/2 oz Thyme Simple Syrup

• 2 oz Sparkling Wine

• 1/4 oz Sparkling Water

Directions

Serves two. Multiply by number of guests. Add all ingredients into your favorite punch bowl and stir. Top with Sparkling wine and water. Garnish with dried citrus and sprigs of rosemary.
