Beau Soleil

A crisp and creamy Vesper Martini with sweet and salty notes like a fresh Atlantic Canadian oyster.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Fundy Gin

  • .5 oz Eau-de-Vie de Petit-Lait

  • .25 oz Blanc Vermouth

  • 1 Dash Orange bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
